    The North Island Festival of Performing Arts Dance Gala showcases dancers from all over Vancouver Island who have been participating in the week long dance festival here in Courtenay at the Sid Williams Theatre. Participating studios will be represented, as well as select pieces chosen by the festival adjudicators. Join NIFPA for an evening of outstanding dance entertainment!

    All purchases are final. The only exceptions will be for events that are rescheduled, postponed, or cancelled. Exchanges to different dates within the same event are still permitted.

    Land Acknowledgement

    The Sid Williams Theatre Society respectfully acknowledges the theatre and society activities take place on the Unceded ancestral and traditional territory of the K’ómoks First Nation, traditional keepers of the “land of plenty”. K’ómoks is an amalgamation of Pentlatch, Island K’ómoks, and Kwakwaka’wakw. The Island K’ómoks Tribes include: sahtloot, säsitla, ieeksan, and xa’xe. We are in the Coast Salish region, land shared among the K’ómoks, Tla’amin (formerly Sliammon), Homalco, We Wai Kai and Wei Wai Kum, and Hul’qumi’num Treaty Group peoples since time immemorial.
