The Sid Williams Theatre Society is retiring a pandemic-era policy for ticket refunds. Starting December 1, 2024, refund requests will no longer be accepted and all ticket purchases will be final. The only exceptions will be for events that are rescheduled, postponed, or cancelled. Exchanges to different dates within the same event are still permitted.
Exchanges are defined as changing to a different instance date within the same event. Requests for exchanges may be made by phone, email, or in person no later than 2 HOURS PRIOR to the start time of the event. The original purchaser must be the one to request the exchange.
We accept cash, Interac debit, Visa, Visa Debit, MasterCard, MasterCard Debit, American Express, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.
Ticket prices listed on each event page include all applicable taxes and fees.
Ticket handling fee - $3.40 (incl GST) per ticket
This fee is a per ticket fee included and applies to all tickets (all methods of purchase). We do not charge any extra fees for ordering online.
The ticket handling fee supports the operation of the theatre box office including ticketing software, hardware, etc. Per ticket fees are standard cost recovery methods within the entertainment industry.
Postal delivery fee - $5 per order
This fee applies to each phone or web order where mailing is requested.
All patrons entering the theatre must have a ticket regardless of age.
Infants are ages 12 months or younger and can be held in arms or on a lap. Many event presenters offer special pricing for infants. Please contact our box office to inquire about infant tickets. Children ages 13 and under must be accompanied by, and be seated next to, a supervising adult.
Please consider only bringing children and/or infants to events that are recommended for their age group.
You may chose the e-ticket delivery method when purchasing tickets. Your tickets will be delivered to the email address associated with your account as a PDF attachment. Each page is a separate ticket. You are welcome to print them or display them on your mobile device to gain entry to the event.
If you misplace the ticket email or it does not arrive in your inbox, you can access the PDF of e-tickets through your online account. Simply login to our site and, once you're on the "My Account" page, select "E-Tickets". You'll be able to click the "Download" link beside the name of the event to access your tickets.
Tickets are available for pick up in advance of the performance at the box office. Please bring your order number and identification with you; we may also request to see the credit card used in the transaction for verification purposes. If the original purchaser/cardholder is unable to pick the tickets up, please contact our box office to make alternate arrangements.
Our box office is happy to re-print any tickets that have been lost or have not yet arrived by mail. Please bring your order number and identification with you; we may also request to see the credit card used in the transaction for verification purposes.
