Mobile Ticketing

Mobile ticketing provides an optimized ticket for display on smartphones. Ticket purchasers will receive an email and/or text message (if there is a mobile number on the purchaser's account) on the day of the event with a unique ticket link. When on a mobile device, ticket holders can click or tap the link to access the tickets in a mobile browser where each ticket displays with a unique QR code. Mobile tickets can also be saved to Apple or Google wallets.

Mobile ticketing provides a convenient option for accessing tickets. They will be automatically delivered to anyone who chose to receive e-tickets, but patrons do not have to use this feature. The e-ticket PDF attachment that is delivered on date of purchase can still be used, if preferred.

What happens to the PDF attachment I received when I purchased my tickets?
The e-tickets you received by email on the date of purchase are still valid. You can still print them out or save them on your mobile device, they just aren't optimized for smartphones like mobile tickets are and can be more difficult to scan off a screen for our ticket scanning team.

How do I sign up for mobile ticketing?
If you select "Receive my tickets as e-tickets" for ticket delivery, our system will automatically send mobile tickets to your email closer to the event start date. If you have a valid mobile number on your account, you will also receive the mobile ticket link via text message.

I don't want to receive mobile ticket by text anymore, how can I opt out?
Simply reply to the text message with "STOP".

I'm bringing guests and want them to have their tickets, can I share mobile tickets?
Yes! Once you receive your mobile tickets, click or tap the link. Once the tickets open in a mobile browser, you will see that each ticket has a "Share" button. You will need to share the tickets one at a time as each ticket has its own unique code. Please keep in mind that mobile tickets are only sent out a day or two before the event. PLEASE NOTE: Once a mobile ticket has been shared, it cannot be unshared. You will need to contact the box office for assistance.
