This film series was created as part of the City of Courtenay's centennial celebration in 2015. It also celebrates the theatre's origins as a popular movie house. Beloved older classics are shown on our big screen and we encourage the audience to come dressed in the theme or decade of the movie. Like the Sid Docs, ticket pricing for these films is subsized to ensure affordability for the broader community.
