World Community Film Fest 2019 - Saturday Day Pass
PLEASE NOTE: The Saturday Day Pass does NOT include the closing night film this year.

The World Community film festival, in its 28th year, is the longest-running social justice film festival held in BC. Every year hundreds of people participate in the festival.

Over 30 of the most inspiring documentaries from Canada and abroad cover a myriad of social justice topics. Many of the uplifting and entertaining films have received rave reviews and awards at festivals such as Hot Docs and the Vancouver International Film Festival.

Film venues:

Sid Williams Theatre (SID)
Upper Native Sons Hall (UNS)
Lower Native Sons Hall (LNS)
Florence Filberg Centre (FFR)

3 or 4 venues run simultaneously – all within an easy walk.

The Community Action Hive (upper Florence Filberg) is free admission (9:30am – 3:30pm). Community groups will have information tables related to some of the themes of the films. Food is available for sale with quick service
