Join Dr. Tracy Rodgers for a conversation about midlife, perimenopause and menopause. Menopause is a universal experience for women who reach their 40's and 50's and yet the information is confusing and contradictory. Dr. Rodgers uses humour and story telling to educate about this difficult and transformative time of life based on her personal experience as well as the experience of over 20 years of working with women who have been her best teachers.
