Thank you for your interest in joining our board of directors!

Our board is a governance board and we are looking for skilled and enthusiastic board members from a broad range of professional, cultural, and community service backgrounds.

Our board is a positive and energetic group. Board meetings are monthly; strategic planning meetings are held annually, and task force meetings take place as needed. Board terms are 3 years, with a maximum of 2 consecutive terms.

Land Acknowledgement

The Sid Williams Theatre Society respectfully acknowledges the theatre and society activities take place on the Unceded ancestral and traditional territory of the K’ómoks First Nation, traditional keepers of the “land of plenty”. K’ómoks is an amalgamation of Pentlatch, Island K’ómoks, and Kwakwaka’wakw. The Island K’ómoks Tribes include: sahtloot, säsitla, ieeksan, and xa’xe. We are in the Coast Salish region, land shared among the K’ómoks, Tla’amin (formerly Sliammon), Homalco, We Wai Kai and Wei Wai Kum, and Hul’qumi’num Treaty Group peoples since time immemorial. We are grateful to bring community together on this land.
