$1.79 + hst ($2) per ticket
$1.79 + hst ($2) per online order - e commerce cost recovery fee
$1.79 + hst ($2) per mailing order - for mailing phone orders if requested
Please Note: due to increased theatre operating costs, the Sid Williams Theatre Ticket Centre’s Order Fee will be increasing from $2.00 per order to $2.00 per ticket effective February 6th, 2012. This is the first increase to our order fee since 2007. The Order Fee will apply to all tickets Sold through the SWTS Ticket Centre.
Order fees are standard for cost recovery within the Ticketing industry for both travel and entertainment.

The Sid Williams Theatre Society is a non-profit organization with charitable status. Our MISSION is to be a leader at providing professional theatre services to the Comox Valley in a safe, cost efficient, environmentally responsible manner for the benefit and cultural enrichment of our community, clients and patrons. The SWTS strives to provide an affordable facility and services for our community user groups, clients and patrons. We use revenues from ticket fees, rentals, event proceeds, gov’t funding, foundation grants, and member, donor and sponsor support to offset operating costs of the theatre.
Theatre operating costs have risen significantly since 2008 due to higher production and insurance costs for events, reduced Provincial and Federal support for programming, and increased regulatory and compliance requirements for virtually every aspect of operating a public facility.
The SWTS operates the theatre under a management agreement with the City of Courtenay, with support from the Town of Comox and the Comox Valley Regional District. Rental rates and service fees at the Sid Williams Theatre are approved annually by the SWTS Board of Directors and Courtenay City Council.
**Ticket mailing is only available on orders purchased 10 or more business days prior to the event.
***Online orders are subject to an e-commerce cost recovery fee.

Services & Policies
Patrons of all ages must have a ticketed seat in the auditorium.
Audience Services: Includes Concession, Parking, Hearing Assistance, Late Comers, and more.
Business Services: Professional ticket sales and/or printing for all types of events. Email the Ticket Centre for current costs and availability. info@sidwilliamstheatre.com
Ticket Policy
Each person must have a valid ticket to enter a performance. We ask that for the enjoyment of all patrons, please do not bring young children to events that are not recommended for their age group.
Exchange Policy
NO REFUNDS.
EXCHANGES only subject to the following conditions:
1) An exchange is available for performances of the same name with different times/days.
2) An service fee of $2 (incl. HST) per ticket exchanged.
3) Requests for ticket exchanges will be accepted
up to 24 hours prior to the
date
of the tickets you are holding. This provides the
Ticket Centre the opportunity to resell the exchanged tickets.
4) Exchanges can only be done in person with the original tickets. The patron that purchased the ticket(s) is the only patron that can exchange the tickets.
and
5) At any time, the presenter or promotor of the performance can request to not permit exchanges for a performance.
Lost Tickets / Mail Delays
In the event that you have lost your tickets or they haven't arrived by mail,
tickets can be reprinted for you when you arrive for the performance. You must be the original purchaser of the tickets for this service. ID may be required.
Privacy Policy

For Patron Privacy, we DO NOT offer information to the public about you or your tickets. If you're purchasing tickets as a gift, we can transfer those tickets to the recipients account so they can receive reprints for lost tickets, or exchanges (as per the exchange policy above), or phone calls/emails when important information about the performance needs to be known (ie: delays, time and/or content changes).
