The Sid Williams Theatre Society's mandate is to stimulate and enhance artistic, economic, and cultural activities in the Comox Valley and surrounding regions. One membership is valid for up to 4 people living in a household.
Regular, Senior, and Student Memberships:
- Regular $30, Senior (65+) $20, Student (any age) $20
- Your membership is valid for a minimum of a year from the date of purchase.
- Members Price:: $5 discount/ticket
The theatre has many performances throughout the season. Some performances are presented by community organization or businesses and therefore do not offer a member discount. Any event on our web site or brochure that has members and non-members pricing are the ones that are presented by the Sid Williams Theatre Society (about 25 performances/year). There is a maximum if 4 tickets available per show for each member household.
- Season Subscription Package:: choose 4 Sid Williams Theatre Society performances for only $80
A full season subscription is available August to October and a mid-season subscription is available in December to January. Membership newsletters will announce when subscriptions are available & time limits apply.
- Advanced ticket sales::
Contained in the August Member Newsletter is the upcoming season performances. This information is released to our members at least 2 weeks before the general public.
- Extended hold privileges::
Members can ask the Ticket Centre Staff to put tickets on hold without payment. We ask that members call us a few weeks before the show to purchase the tickets. However, we may have to call you earlier if the show is near sell out.
- No charge ticket mailout, reseats and no charge Internet Ordering
- Access to SWTS Volunteer Program (make friends, have fun)
- Invitations to galas & member socials
- SWTS Members Newsletter - published 3 to 4 times per year
- Voting at AGM (one vote/membership)

Business Memberships:

Valid for Business, Organizations or even individuals that have alot of family and friends: $50
- The membership is valid for a minimum of a year from the date of purchase

Up to 40 tickets at members' prices:: ($5 discount/ticket) for Sid Williams Theatre Society sponsored events *any event on our web site or brochure that has members and non-members pricing) Tickets must be ordered and paid for by one contact person to distribute within you're group.
- Extended hold privileges:: The contact person for your 'business' can put tickets on hold without payment. This is useful for when they are organizing a group of your business employees or organization members to come to a performance together. Tickets must be paid a few weeks before the show, or earlier depending on # of tickets held or near sell out.
- Your organization's information will be listed on our web site with a star on the links page
- Your organization contact person will receive invitations to galas & member socials
- Voting at AGM (one vote/organization membership)
